What is your refund policy?Updated a year ago

If you purchase a Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device and you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges

Exclusions:

  • The Reliefband® 50 Hours is excluded from this return policy. 
  • All Reliefband Accessories, including Warranty and Shipping Protection, are excluded from this return policy.
