To qualify for a refund, the Product must have been purchased directly from Reliefband® through reliefband.com or by calling Reliefband® Customer Service at 1-877-735-2263. Promotional Products and free Products are not eligible for this Offer.
This Offer is available to individual consumers or purchasers only. Only one refund for the Net Purchase Price will be issued per Qualified Request. Bulk requests, including requests submitted by groups, clubs, organizations, or other entities, are not eligible and will not be honored.
Employees, independent contractors, and temporary employees of Reliefband® Technologies, LLC are not eligible for this Offer.
Reliefband® Technologies, LLC is not responsible for requests that are lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or received with insufficient postage, or for delays, loss, or other issues caused by mail or other delivery services.
