To qualify for a refund, Product must have been purchased directly from Reliefband® or online from reliefband.com or by calling Reliefband® at 877-735-2263; promotional Product or free Products are not eligible for this offer. Offer is limited to individual consumers or purchasers exclusively and only one refund for the Net Purchase Price will be issued for a Qualified Request; bulk requests and requests made by groups, clubs or organizations are not eligible for this refund and will not be honored. Employees, independent contractors, and temporary employees of Reliefband® Technologies, LLC are not eligible for a refund. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible requests or for postage due on any requests or any issues with mail or other delivery services. 

Reliefband® will not provide a refund for or return or any other consideration or reimbursement for a non-qualifying product. Reliefband® Technologies, LLC in its sole and absolute discretion decides whether a request has been made for a non-qualifying product. This Offer is void where prohibited by law or taxed or restricted by any valid legal entity.
