How do I track my order?Updated a year ago

Orders are sent a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address that we have on file.

If you made a purchase and you're looking for updates on it, please use our newest tool Track Order. To access, use the email or phone number used for the purchase. 

There you will see immediately the status of the order and, in case the order is processing or already shipped, you will be easily able to click and follow all the courier's updates as in the example below.

If the order is not processed yet - we are working on it and the information will be updated as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience!
