How do I make a return?Updated a year ago
RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
To qualify to receive a refund, you must follow these steps (a “Qualified Request”):
1. PURCHASE a Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device (“Product”), directly from http://www.reliefband.com or by calling Reliefband Customer Service at 877-735-2263. Purchases of a Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Flex or a Reliefband® Sport device from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their individual return policy. Any other source, third -party vendor, merchant, or Amazon, etc., do NOT qualify for this limited offer of a refund, (“Offer”)
2. SAVE the UPC barcode (“UPC”) from the package, the original receipt (packing slip for online purchases) and the product itself.All accessories must be in the original packaging as well. Reliefband will deduct the price of accessories if not returned with the device.
3. Please call 1-877-735-2263 within 14 DAYS of receiving your order to start the refund process and Reliefband Customer Service will provide a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box to be properly checked in for a refund.
4. When returning your Reliefband® device please provide the original packaging box with the UPC barcode, original receipt/packing list and the Product and Accessories within 10 DAYS of receiving RMA number from Reliefband® Customer Service. Items not returned within this time period may be subject to rejection of return and refund at the customer’s expense.

THIS OFFER REPRESENTS A LIMITED MONEY BACK WARRANTY. This Offer gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This Offer is limited to the actual purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) paid by the consumer for Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport devices only (not the Reliefband® 50 Hours) net of any discounts and/or coupons used by the consumer (“Net Purchase Price”). Requests for reimbursement pursuant to this Offer must be postmarked fourteen (14) DAYS of receipt of the Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device and within ten (10) DAYS of receiving the RMA number. This Offer is valid exclusively in the fifty states comprising the United States of America (USA) and Washington D.C. This Offer is not valid for purchases made by consumers or customers who are outside the USA or Washington D.C.
